Wellspring is pleased to partner with Community Mindfulness Project, a 501(c)3 to bring you science-based secular meditations.

Until it is wise to gather in person again, CMP's trained team of facilitators will offer dial-in meditation sessions via conference call. A different meditation practice will be offered each day, live. Each session is appropriate for first-time meditators and those with long-standing practices.

Monday through Friday
7:00 -7:30 AM       Includes 15 minute guided meditation
1200-12:45 PM   Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation
7:00-7:45 PM        Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation

Saturday and Sunday
9:00-9:45 AM       Includes 20-30 minute guided meditation

Dial In:  (857) 799-9498 - Please dial in 10-15 minutes early to reduce pressure on the rickety phone system. That extra time is a great chance to connect with others on the call, if you like! (Don't worry, it's just audio so you can wear your PJs if you like!). We do ask that you mute your phone until the Question & Response portion of the session.
