Our online community is hosted by a collaborative of passionate healthcare professionals from academic medical centers across the United States who work with cancer patients and survivors, individuals with chronic disease, and vulnerable populations. In recent days, many of our patients and medical colleagues have asked for vetted and trusted resources to help manage stress and anxiety in the face of these uncertain times. In response, we have created this free online platform from which to share a portfolio of thoughtfully curated, evidence-based practices for stress management and to foster wellness. These tools support us mind, body, and spirit. Integrating various mind-body techniques in our daily lives can enhance coping skills, promote resilience, and help us navigate the coming days with mindfulness, compassion, and presence. Let us come together, turn toward our collective experience, care for ourselves and each other, and become resources of love and support throughout the world!
